Our training system caters to all ability levels, from new starters through to more advanced members.
Exercises in our programs have difficulty regressions and progressions to cater to all abilities, including: starter options, standard versions, and challenge options. There are also superhero options for members that want a really tough challenge!
Unique training system
Our group fitness training system is a unique blend of interval and resistance training.
It draws on the extensive body of research showing significant benefits from both interval and strength-based training approaches.
Squadron workouts will increase your muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular health. Your metabolic rate will be supercharged, so you’ll still be burning kilojoules (calories) long after you leave each session.

Pursuing his passion for health and fitness, Luke established Squadron Fitness in 2019.
Luke lives in the picturesque Huon Valley in Tasmania with his partner Dayna. When he’s not training or running classes, he’s usually working on their small organic farm or out hiking in the Tasmanian wilderness.
