Our training system

Unique blend of interval and resistance training

Our training system is a unique blend of interval training and resistance training.

Squadron workouts increase your muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular health. Your metabolic rate will be supercharged, so you’ll still be burning kilojoules (calories) long after you leave.

Five exercises over three rounds …and a finisher

The main training session of each workout consists of five exercises over three rounds.

There’s also a finisher exercise that we’ll deploy if we think the squadron is up for it!

Every workout kicks off with a warm up and finishes with a cool down.

You’ll be all done in 45 minutes or less.

Exercise options for all ability levels

Our training system caters to all ability levels, from new starters through to more advanced members.

Every exercise in our programs has difficulty regressions and progressions to cater to all abilities, including: a starter option, the standard version, and a challenge option. Some exercises also have a superhero option… if you’re brave enough!

Our team

Luke Summers

Pursuing his passion for health and fitness, Luke established Squadron Fitness in 2019.

Luke lives in the picturesque Huon Valley in Tasmania with his partner Dayna. When he’s not training or running classes, he’s usually working on their small organic farm or out hiking in the Tasmanian wilderness.
